You'll need...
- —6 round rice paper wrappers
- —1 tray Veetee Basmati and Wild rice
- —18 cooked king prawns
- —100g red cabbage, thinly sliced
- —2 medium carrots, julienned
- —6 round lettuce leaves, washed
- —10g garlic chives, finely chopped
- —1 tbsp oil
- —Salt and pepper to taste
- —50ml sweet chilli sauce
- —2 tbsp oyster sauce
- —1 garlic clove, minced
- —1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
- —Juice of 1/2 lime
The how...
- Heat Veetee Basmati & Wild Rice with red cabbage and carrots for 1 minute. Add oil and garlic chives, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Season and set aside.
- Mix soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and grated ginger in a bowl.
- Soak rice paper for 30 seconds. Add prawns, lettuce, and rice. Fold and roll tightly.
- Cut rolls, garnish with garlic chives, and drizzle with sauce. Enjoy!
