Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels in the US and UK markets. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns to maximise ROI while ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities: 

Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Optimise campaigns for CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value).

  • Leverage A/B testing and continuous experimentation to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

 Analytics & Optimisation:

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party attribution tools.

  • Implement conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event-based measurement to optimise campaigns.

  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.

 Budget Management:

  • Own and manage digital marketing budgets for both US and UK markets.

  • Forecast and allocate budget efficiently across channels to maximise performance.

 Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets.

  • Collaborate with growth, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Partner with agencies or internal teams for SEO, influencer marketing, and organic growth strategies.

Any other reasonable duties, responsibility or requests that may be issued by management from time to time.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media in a fast paced, commercially focused multi-site business.

  • Proven track record of running ROI focused paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging ad platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, attribution models and media buying strategies.

  • Experience in D2C, e-commerce.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, remarketing funnels and audience segmentation.

  • Knowledge of experience of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, content creation, and influencer campaigns.

  • Project management skills - ability to juggle several different projects at once and prioritise.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights effectively to various stakeholders.

  • Creative flair and commercial acumen.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) - Office based
