Job Purpose:

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal part in converting strategy to action across a range of key brand activity streams covering everything from involvement in innovation through to delivering great execution retailer media in store and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, development and implementation of retailer activations (Online & Offline) in key accounts to support the Commercial promotional program and deliver maximum visibility in store and drive reach/frequency to support conversion to purchase.

  • Retailer activation tracking and reporting aided by Roamler where appropriate to ensure Retailer Media is implemented in full and evaluated against objectives set.

  • Paid marketing on e-tail to drive brand visibility online and build Veetee household penetration in key accounts.

  • Implementation of PR initiatives.

  • Support the Head of Marketing with the Digital agenda (Paid Social/Influencer campaigns).

  • Amazon management of UK online store + development of a roll out plan to key EU markets.

  • Support the development and launch of 2 new product ranges covering multiple categories.

  • Support performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (search, display, social) with a focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion metrics to drive brand growth and sales efficiency.

  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and ad-hoc projects associated with the role as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in brand/digital marketing with some exposure to project management (ideally FMCG).

  • Familiar with digital and performance marketing (e.g. paid social, search, display).

  • Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft 365 suite of App’s.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in marketing, business, management or a related field.

  • An organised self-starter that can take personal initiative.

  • Able to work to targets and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative and analytical mindset.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Creative problem-solving skills.

  • Keeps calm under pressure and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Adaptability to changing trends and meeting deadlines.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm - Office Based
